David Nath promoted to Head of Central & Eastern European Hospitality Team

David Nath (34) is the new Head of Central & Eastern European Hospitality Team at Cushman & Wakefield, supporting Frédéric Le Fichoux (38) who continues in his role as Partner & Head of Hotel Transactions for Continental Europe. David is overseeing the strong team of hotel experts, primarily in charge of consulting and advising in the fields of hotel investment, selection of hotel operators, hotel development advisory and hotel valuation. 

David Nath joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2014. Since then his responsibilities included the sale of the Parkhotel Prague and Vienna House Easy Chopin Prague hotels. In the past, he worked as a director of Keystone Hospitality Fund in Luxembourg. Prior to that, he spent seven years in the top management team of an international hospitality operation and investment company focusing on the development of a hotel chain in Central and Eastern Europe. 

David Nath has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2015. He graduated from the International Prague University, Faculty of Accounting and Finance (2011). He is also an Official Finance Manager (2011). He is native in Czech and speaks two foreign languages – English and German. In his spare time, David likes spending time with his children and travelling across Europe.
