Prague, 23 May 2016 – Josef Krautman (32) has become a new member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Josef is the thirteenth employee of Cushman & Wakefield in the Czech Republic to become a RICS member. He successfully passed the exam in early May.
Josef Krautman joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Office Agency team as a business developer in June 2014. He is in charge of winning new clients primarily on the tenant side. Josef Krautman has more than ten years’ worth of experience in the real property market in the Czech Republic and abroad. He previously worked at JLL and King Sturge in Prague and at Aengevelt Immobilien in Leipzig. He started his real estate career at Maxima Reality in 2006.
Josef Krautman graduated from the Faculty of Business Management of the Czech Management Institute (ESMA) in Prague and from the University of Reading. He is bilingual – he speaks Czech just as well as German. He is also fluent in English. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, fitness and likes to play chess.
