PRAGUE, 21 April 2016 – With effect from Monday 25 April, Cushman & Wakefield is relocating to new offices. More than 200 employees will occupy in excess of 2,000 square metres in the Quadrio, one of the most modern office buildings in the centre of Prague. CPI Group owns the property. Cushman & Wakefield also manages and leases the facility for CPI.
“It is important for Cushman & Wakefield to reflect the market by being located in a first class building and iconic address. Quadrio not only met these requirements but also provides our employees and clients alike with an outstanding working environment. The rooftop panoramic view of Prague is an added bonus,” says Jonathan Hallett, Managing Partner at Cushman & Wakefield Czech Republic and CEE.
The real estate consulting firm is relocating after more than ten years in the former ČKD building at Můstek on Prague’s Wenceslas Square.
The new address of the company’s headquarters is: Cushman & Wakefield, Quadrio Offices, Purkyňova 2121/3, Praha 1. The telephone numbers remain valid; the number to the reception desk is 234 603 603.
