The ground floor of the Global Point retail centre in the commercial zone in Cestlice has now been fully leased. The owner of the premises has thus begun work on preparing the first floor for new occupiers. Further 2 thousand sq m of retail space will be available, suitable primarily for home furnishings. Completion is anticipated mid next year.
“The Cestlice commercial zone ranks among the largest of its kind in Prague. The demand for retail space here is starting to grow once again and the number of free premises for lease is dropping. We have recently seen the arrival of new operators such as Jysk, the seller of home furnishings, Kuchyně Dušek, the Super Zoo petfood store and outdoor specialist Proarms,” reveals Martin Kubín from the Retail Warehouse team at Cushman & Wakefield, involved in the project letting.
In the begining of this year, third of the premises was still available in the Global Point project. All 4.5 thousand sq m of stock has now been fully occupied. The largest occupiers include Kasa.cz, Jitona, Montero, ProArms, Sofaland and Kuchyně Dušek.
