DomoService, the importer and retailer of household appliances of global brands such as Leifheit, Curver, Keter, Heidrun etc. is returning to SEGRO Logistics Park Prague (formerly Tulipan Park Praha) after four years. The company has rented storage and office space with an area of almost 7,500 square metres from the industrial developer SEGRO. DomoService will serve both the Czech and Slovak Republics from the western outskirts of Prague.
The occupier was brought in by Cushman & Wakefield, the consultancy representing SEGRO, the project’s UK-based developer and owner.
“The benefits of SEGRO Logistics Park Prague in Hostivice include the combination of the close proximity of the capital city of Prague and its international airport as well as the excellent accessibility to road transport. The Park has long been fully occupied. Given the lasting interest among new clients, SEGRO is preparing further development for 2014,” says Ferdinand Hlobil, Head of Cushman & Wakefield’s Central European Industrial Team.
“We started building new infrastructure this year with a view to improving the standard for the existing tenants and facilitating the further expansion of the Park. We are currently completing a new exit from the R6 expressway in the Karlovy Vary direction and the first hall as part of the next phase of our Park’s development.” explains David Plzák, SEGRO’s Development Manager.
