Cushman & Wakefield appointed sole agent to sell the Lotus Therme hotel & spa in Hévíz Hungary

Cushman & Wakefield Global Hospitality has been exclusively appointed by CIB Group to sell the only full service five star resort hotel in Hévíz, Hungary.  The hotel is located in western Hungary within a short drive from the capital Budapest and close to the second largest thermal lake in the world (Lake Hévíz) and one of the largest lakes in Europe (Lake Balaton).

It is located within walking distance to the world famous thermal lake Hévíz where tourists come from all across Europe and Russia to make use of its medicinal waters.
