A new retail park is opening in Brno in the course of the month of May, under the name of
“H-Park”. The developer is also planning its Phase Two extension, with its construction intended to commence as early as later this year. The development project has been performed by Raiffeisen Leasing, s.r.o., through its subsidiary RLRE Carina Property. The leasing of the park space will be the responsibility of the Retail Warehouse Team of Cushman & Wakefield.

“In the course of the month of May, the companies Kärcher, First Stop, and Alfa Computer will open stores in H-Park, to be joined later by the door and door-frame seller Sapeli, the floor-covering company KPP, and Pet Center. One unit has been reserved: it is expected to open in October. At the moment, approximately 90 percent of the total floor space has been pre-leased”, says Mr Martin Kubín, of the Retail Warehouse Team, C&W, who took part in the leasing.

“The assortment will suitably complement the offer from the other DIY and Home and Garden stores. The retail space is suitable in particular for sellers of household equipment and supplies. It is in the same spirit that we have been planning H-Park’s Phase Two”, says Mr Hynek Stupák, the Development Manager of Raiffeisen - Leasing.

The area of Phase One of the park extends to 4,400 square metres of commercial premises for lease, while Phase Two will cover 2,800 sq. m.  H-Park represents an alternative for occupiers that do not wish to lease in classical shopping malls or commercial premises located on the outskirts of Brno, and that would rather give priority to occupying premises situated within reach from the city centre, offering both direct access and excellent visibility. The project is located in Heršpická Street, close to a commercial zone and office buildings.
