Petr Landsinger (40) has obtained the Leed Green Associate title confirming his qualification in sustainable development of buildings. The certificate was issued by GBCI (Green Building Certification Institute) that certifies “green” buildings according to the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) criteria.
Petr Landsinger is the first Cushman & Wakefield employee in CEE countries to obtain the certificate.
The qualification provides good prerequisites for working on teams that prepare buildings for the certification process and/or work with developers in the preparation of new projects. It is bestowed following studies and examination. To maintain the qualification, the holder has to work in the field and demonstrate his expertise once every two years.
Petr Landsinger’s position is Senior Property Manager and he is responsible for managing a real estate portfolio that includes offices, retail parks and logistic properties. For example, he is in charge of the management of the retail parks in Prague – Černý Most and in Prague – Čestlice, as well as a shopping centre in Hradec Králové. He is also responsible for the building that houses Radio Free Europe/Radio Freedom.
Petr Landsinger has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 2002 and he has worked in property management since 1996.
In his spare time, he likes kite boarding, mountain climbing and mountain hiking, and ski mountaineering and free riding during the winter.
