Jonathan Hallett to lead Cushman & Wakefield in CE region

Cushman & Wakefield, the world's largest privately owned real estate services company, has today announced its leadership structure for Central Europe, with the aim of  further strengthening its dominant position in the region, in line with the firm’s global strategic growth plan.

Jonathan Hallett has been named head of Cushman & Wakefield’s Central European region overseeing a 400-strong team in offices in Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Romania and Slovakia.  Jonathan will continue to head the firm’s highly successful Czech Republic business headquartered in Prague which he has led since 2003.   Jonathan Hallett will also represent the CE region on the firm’s EMEA Board. 

Richard Petersen has run Cushman & Wakefield’s Polish business since its inception in 1991 and has established one of the largest and most successful businesses in the country with some 150 staff.  Richard is to step down from his position and will hand over responsibility for managing the Polish business to Charles Taylor at the end of Q2 this year. 

Charles has led our Hungarian business for the past 11 years and will hand over responsibility to Gergely Pados who is currently the head of office leasing in the country based in Budapest.
