Cushman & Wakefield’s Advisory Team prepared a detailed asset review on behalf of the Landlord of a major retail asset in Prague. In conjunction with our retail leasing team, several tenant solutions and layout options were provided, targeting key locations within the subject property. Recommendations reflected overall strategy recommendations to introduce dynamic and attractive F&B concepts to the existing offer.
A range of performance optimising strategies were considered to enhance elements of the real estate, focussing specifically on improving the assets F&B offer. Our advice was used in support of the preparation of the landlord’s business plan.
