The Challenge

Cushman & Wakefield’s Office team renegotiated the lease contract on behalf of Giese & Partner, one of the leading law firms in the market, in Palác Myslbek, Prague 1. In conjunction with this, since Giese were not satisfied with their current office configuration (which included a small reception, an inconvenient space plan of a lack of meeting rooms), Cushman & Wakefield’s Project Management team was also appointed to prepare a new space plan. 

The Solution

Giese & Partner were very satisfied with the prepared proposal which included a client zone and movable partitioning in meeting rooms to support space flexibility. The project was very challenging in terms of the construction process and the timetable. Further, it was necessary that the Giese offices remained fully operational during the refurbishment phase. The team was responsible for the supervision of architects and technical designers, the tender process, cost engineering and for construction management including. The team also managed the internal movement of the tenant during refurbishment in support of the requirement for continuous operations from the premises. 

The Results

The fit-out of 740 sq m was finalised on time and to the full satisfaction of the client.
