One of the leading tax advisory and audit service companies TPA Horwath has appointed C&W to advise on their relocation of their Prague office. TPA occupied reconstructed historical office building in the city center, which was not anymore suitable for their growing business and did not correspond to their business strategy.
C&W has evaluated all available properties for relocation, their location, quality of the buildings, space and cost efficiency of pre-selected options. Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the best achievable financial terms at the chosen building Budějovická Alej. C&W was also responsible for the Project Management of the complete fit-out project.
New TPA Horwath office was successfully opened in August 2014. The main challenge of this project was to secure this beautiful space for the client as there was a lack of available units in this location and there were more potential tenants interested in this space. Nevertheless C&W was able to achieve significant savings for the client in the form of rent free period and fit out contribution.
