Pino Components, the Spanish-based manufacturer of plastic components for the automotive industry, is radically expanding its manufacturing base in the Czech Republic. The company previously operated in its own premises in Liberec where it was unable to expand. Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Team found the new premises.
Cushman & Wakefield offered the client five alternatives that met their requirements. However, since time and the possibility of an expedite move were among the top decision-making criteria, the space in CTPark Mlada Boleslav was the only option in the area that was available immediately. After Pino Components’ take-up of the premises, Mlada Boleslav currently has no vacant Class A space on offer for immediate lease. The situation is the same in Liberec.
The Pino Components has moved and doubled its operating area to approximately 5,500 square metres. The discussions about the new hall took just three and half months until the execution of the lease agreement. This confirms that the automotive industry is one of the most active market sectors this year.
