The Challenge

The project Gemini is a very prestigious phased office development in one of the most popular business locations in Prague. CW was instructed on phased development since 2006, being involved in consultancy, marketing and letting.


The Solution

Step 1: Active participation on the project preparation – locational and competition analysis, project analysis and respective recommendations.

Step 2: Set up suitable marketing and letting strategy, identify target groups and participate on preparation works.

Step 3: Implementation of the letting and marketing strategy.


The Results

At the present, both phases totalling approx. 33 400 sqm are almost completely leased with occupancy more than 99%. A mixture of blue chip tenants is wide – the project is occupied by Hill´s Pet Nutrition Manufacturing (3600 sqm), Novartis (3100 sqm), Unipetrol (3100 sqm), Volksbank (2700 sqm), etc.
