Danube House was completed in July 2003 and in total offers 19,814 sqm of prime office space, 1,109 sqm of retail on the ground floor and 253 underground parking spaces.
Cushman & Wakefield provided development consultancy, marketing and leasing services.
Danube House was affected by floods in August 2002. Cushman & Wakefield assisted our client in revising the marketing strategy of the project.
Only two months after completion, the building was 55% leased to companies originating from IT industry, financial services and advertising.
The building is now over 80% leased to blue-chip tenants such as FIAT, Puma, Aukro IT, Blue Style, Kimberly Clark, Pioneer Investment Fund, etc.
