The Challenge

To secure a smooth day-to-day running of a newly built office project in a rapidly developing office location. Part of the property was vacant and was under the master lease from the previous owner, the developer. Our task was to help with the letting of the property to one of tenants which was thinking about expanding.

The Solution

First we had to make sure that everything in the property worked without any problems to ensure there would be no poor references from current tenants. Apart from standard daily tasks and communication between our property manager and the tenant’s office managers we also established relationships between the senior people in our team and the directors and lead contacts on the tenant’s side.

We then paid special attention not only to the needs but also to the wishes of the tenant which may need to expand. We organized a number of initiatives to help them to solve their internal problems and offered further assistance where necessary as part of our standard work.

The Results

The tenant is very satisfied with the property and with services provided by Cushman & Wakefield and signed a lease contract for a further 2 700 sq m of space.
