The Challenge

Antalis was searching a real estate solution for accommodate its growth within the Czech Republic.


The Solution

Step 1: Definition of the required size, location and future expansion of Antalis.

Step 2: Identifying the most appropriate data relocation / start hiring in the new destination, particularly with regard to minimizing the cost of the current lease

Step 3: Identification of all potential landlord/ developers

Step 4: Preparation and circulation of "Request for Proposal"

Step 5: Comparison and verification of received bids and preparation of Tender Report

Step 6: Selection of preferred bids followed by meetings

Step 7: Technical due diligence and business negotiations

Step 8: Final negotiations with preferred and backup option with the view of minimizing the risks

Step 9: Signing of the Letter of Intent or of the Heads of Terms

Step 10: Negotiation of contracts and technical documents

Step 11: Contract signing

Step 12: Early access, move in and start of operation


The Results

Antalis moved into its new 12.500 sq m facility in ProLogis Park Uzice on time during March 2009 and saw significant savings from the new facility.
