Antalis s.r.o. - C&W improves office lease agreement and reduces costs for Antalis in Prague

Cushman & Wakefield also works for Antalis in the industrial sector.
Antalis received an overview of buildings that met their requirements and focused on four buildings. Subsequently, detailed financial analyses of given buildings were carried out, which set the actual market rent of the comparable buildings. The move was considered within the Office Park Nové Butovice (OPNB). Negotiation of Heads of Terms for the 3 selected buildings to secure maximum lease flexibility. Antalis wished to renegotiate terms in the new building B of the OPNB or to consider the Futurama scheme because of its close proximity to its warehouse.
