Rockspring & ECE required a comprehensive Year End accounting valuation of the Olympia Shopping Centre, located in the Czech Republic’s second largest city of Brno. This significant prime regional retail asset, a landmark building in the market, comprises a total of approximately 190 shop areas and over 88,000 sq m of total leasable area. The client required a detailed report format to cover all of the relevant property items.

An analysis of major items including tenancies, turnover levels and footfall figures was undertaken, as was a full review of the Brno retail market.
